Frequently Asked Questions
Branding + design
-
As an experienced freelance graphic and brand designer, I specialise in branding, visual identity, custom illustrations, and creative direction for start-ups, small businesses, and creative projects.
-
My process is collaborative and transparent. It begins with a discovery call and a simple onboarding experience, where you’ll be introduced to my custom client portal with all project details clearly laid out. I keep clients involved throughout the research and concept development stages, offering two rounds of feedback at each step to ensure we’re always aligned.
-
I love working with start-ups, entrepreneurs, creative and educational fields, family and animal-centred brands, tech companies and non-profits. If you’re passionate about your project, let’s chat!
-
Timelines vary depending on the project’s scope. Branding projects typically take between 2-5 weeks to complete, while smaller projects can be finished within 1-3 weeks. This is also based on the condition of the start date. Existing, onboarded clients take priority.
-
Branding packages start at €1,050.
-
I focus on creating complete brand identities, not standalone logos. Your business is unique and deserves more than a logo in isolation. My process involves in-depth research and brand strategy to ensure your visual identity is meaningful, distinctive, and tailored to your goals. Along with your logo, I provide supporting assets and collateral that work together to tell your brand’s story and help you make a lasting impression.
-
Absolutely! I work with clients internationally and am happy to collaborate remotely via video calls and email.
-
For our first call, it’s helpful if you know your budget and can provide a brief overview of your business or design request. During our discovery call, I’ll ask a few questions to better understand your needs and set us up for a successful collaboration.
-
As the designer, I retain creative copyright over the design work; however, you will receive a full usability license for your brand. This means you have the right to use your brand assets—such as logo, colours, and fonts—as outlined in the brand manual, ensuring your brand can be used confidently and consistently across all applications.
-
After our research and brand strategy phase, I’ll present two creative directions for you to choose from. Once you select your preferred direction, I use the “one-proposal method”, meaning I’ll develop one comprehensive brand concept based on your chosen direction. This focused approach allows me to craft a cohesive, strategic identity tailored to your business, rather than offering multiple separate concepts. You’ll see your brand brought to life in detail, with two rounds of refinements included to ensure everything feels just right.
-
I offer up to two rounds of changes at each stage to ensure you’re completely happy with the final result. If you need additional revisions beyond this, they can be provided at an extra cost.
-
Definitely! I am happy to support your brand’s journey throughout! Additional services I offer: animated logos, merchandise and apparel designs, document templates and stationery, social media campaigns, presentation decks, event advertising and website design (Squarespace or Wordpress)
-
My creative process begins with building your brand from the ground up, ensuring every design decision is rooted in a thoughtful strategy and cohesive identity. Because of this, my brand packages are the starting point for working together. Once we’ve created your brand, I’m happy to support you with ongoing design needs and brand maintenance. This approach helps me deliver the best, most consistent results for your business.
Illustration
-
I offer custom illustrations for branding, editorial, web, social media, packaging, and character design. I’m also happy to take on more fun requests, like family or pet portraits. Take a look at my portfolio to see if my style is the right fit for your project—if it is, let’s chat!
-
I work in my own signature style, which you can explore in my portfolio. For each project, I’ll propose a direction and look for the final result. If my style feels like a good fit for your project, I’d love to collaborate!
-
